Conector de Deník para Claude

Usa tu agenda de Deník desde Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop y Claude Code): pregunta por tus citas de hoy, busca a un cliente, revisa horarios libres o tus ventas del mes, y pide que agende, reagende o cancele una cita. Claude sólo ve lo que tú puedes ver en Deník.

Cómo conectarlo

1. En Claude abre Settings → Connectors y elige Deník en el directorio, o «Add custom connector» con la URL https://www.denik.me/mcp.
2. Claude te manda a denik.me: entra con tu cuenta y revisa los permisos que pide. Al autorizar regresas a Claude.
3. Pregunta, por ejemplo: «¿Qué citas tengo mañana?» o «Agenda a Ana López el jueves a las 5 para corte».

Necesitas una cuenta de Deník con un negocio activo. Si tienes varios negocios, Claude trabaja sobre el activo salvo que le pidas otro. Antes de agendar, reagendar o cancelar, Claude te pide confirmación; tus clientes reciben los mismos avisos que si lo hicieras en Deník.

Permisos y privacidad

La conexión usa OAuth 2.1 con PKCE: Claude nunca ve tu contraseña y recibe un token de una hora que se renueva solo. Puedes retirar el acceso cuando quieras desconectando Deník en Claude (Settings → Connectors) o escribiéndonos. Lo que Claude consulta (citas, clientes, servicios y, si lo autorizas, ventas) se procesa conforme al aviso de privacidad (cláusula 4.8). Deník no usa esos datos para entrenar modelos.

Deník is appointment scheduling software for small businesses. This connector lets the owner or staff of a business work with their agenda from Claude: read appointments, customers, services, availability and sales, and book, reschedule or cancel appointments. Add it from the Connectors Directory or as a custom connector with https://www.denik.me/mcp, then sign in to Deník and approve the requested permissions (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration). The connector only sees what the user can see in Deník. Write actions notify the business's customers exactly as the Deník dashboard does. Revoke access anytime by disconnecting the connector in Claude. Support: brenda@fixter.org.

• whoami read

  Returns the Deník account connected to this session: email, granted scopes and the businesses the user can operate (id, name, role, timezone, which one is active).

• get_business read

  Business profile: name, contact, opening hours, timezone, branches and the team members who can attend appointments.

• today_summary read

  Summary of today in the business timezone: appointments, attendance, cancellations and expected revenue.

• business_stats read

  Summary of any date range in the business timezone: appointments, attendance, cancellations and revenue.

• list_upcoming_appointments read

  Next appointments from now on, excluding cancelled ones. Times are returned in the business timezone.

• list_appointments read

  Appointments in a date range, optionally filtered by status, service or customer. A single date covers the whole day.

• get_appointment read

  Full detail of one appointment.

• list_services read

  Services the business offers: name, price, duration and booking link. Only bookable services unless include_inactive is true.

• check_availability read

  Free time slots for a service, for one day or up to 14 consecutive days, respecting opening hours, blocks and capacity.

• search_customers read

  Find customers by name, email or phone (up to 20 results).

• list_customers read

  Customers of the business in alphabetical order, paginated.

• get_customer read

  Contact data and notes of one customer.

• list_customer_appointments read

  Appointment history of one customer, newest first.

• sales_summary read

  Revenue of the business by payment date (MXN): totals, payment methods, pending balances and refunds. Without a range it is the full history. Requires the sales permission.

• create_appointment write

  Book an appointment for an existing customer. Fails if the slot is taken or outside opening hours. The customer receives the usual confirmation message.

• reschedule_appointment write · destructive

  Move an appointment to a new start time (same duration). The customer is notified and may need to confirm again.

• cancel_appointment write · destructive

  Cancel an appointment. Frees the slot, removes video links and notifies the customer. Cannot be undone.

• mark_attendance write

  Record whether the customer attended an appointment (true, false, or null to clear).

• create_customer write

  Create a customer record. Idempotent by email: if a customer with that email exists it is returned instead.

• update_customer write · destructive

  Change a customer's name, email, phone or notes. Only the fields you send are overwritten.
